​GETTING THE MOST OUT OF A ZOOM ROOM MEETING

 
For those who wish to join the meeting using a smartphone (iphone or android):
The Moderator provided link will bring you into the meeting with sound only - no video.  You will not be able to see others in the Zoom Meeting and they will not be able to see you without first downloading the Zoom software app. 
If you wish to have video (which is encouraged), please download the Zoom Software using playstore prior to joining the meeting.  The software is a safe, free download and provides the flexibility to have video.  Installation is easy and should be self-explanatory.
 
For those who wish to join the meeting using a computer or laptop with built-in camera:
The Moderator provided link should automatically bring you into the meeting with video.  You can always turn it off or block your camera if you do not wish to be seen.
